The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the impact of the Fred Bryans Master Teacher Program on community based clinical preceptors teaching beliefs and behaviors.  question

Our research questions include:

  1. How does participation in a longitudinal program change community based clinical preceptors’ teaching beliefs and behaviors? Does it elicit a lasting change?
  2. What are the characteristics of facilitators and clinicians who complete the entire program?
  3. What is the most effective mode of delivery/instructional format for a longitudinal program?
  4. Are there larger institutional changes as a result of clinicians participating in this program?
