The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the impact of the Fred Bryans Master Teacher Program on community based clinical preceptors teaching beliefs and behaviors.
Our research questions include:
- How does participation in a longitudinal program change community based clinical preceptors’ teaching beliefs and behaviors? Does it elicit a lasting change?
- What are the characteristics of facilitators and clinicians who complete the entire program?
- What is the most effective mode of delivery/instructional format for a longitudinal program?
- Are there larger institutional changes as a result of clinicians participating in this program?
